Tiny eclectic studio has been made with all reclaimed Tasmanian hardwood & sandstone floors, exposed beams giving an open space feel. There is even a handmade copper basin which was originally a washing boiler. Up cycled old massive windows which were once installed at the IXL building in Hobart. Loft views over Cornelian Bay, with the eastern shore of Hobart lovely to see the lights at night.

The studio comes equipped with all your essentials, DB, duck feather cushion couch, TV, including white goods and linen. Gas cooking and hot water. All the gas, electricity heating and water is included in the weekly rent.

Enjoy relaxing on your private entertainment area with the supplied BBQ or sunny small backyard, and forget about yard work - gardening is included.
