Doors open at 5:00am Saturday morning for the World Cup. Come down to the waterfront, wrap your hands around something warm — or cold — and cheer the green and gold on from one of Hobart's oldest pubs.

For almost two centuries, Customs House has watched the waterfront change around it.

Ships arriving at the docks. Rain over sandstone streets. Late nights spilling out onto the harbour. Stories beginning, ending, and somehow always finding their way back here.

Built in 1846, this corner of Hobart has never stood still — it has simply evolved with the city around it.
