I use an app called Polarsteps when I travel. It's like an on line diary and worth checking out if you like to keep a track on your travels. You can have it all printed in to a book. This video is a new addition to the app and sums up my little holiday so well.

I'm back from my little break overseas.. It was nice to get home yesterday after 3 weeks away, and sit around the fire last night chatting with guests and catching up with our fabulous caretakers.

Our new deck sites opened last week and bookings have been back to back. If you are keen on joining us on a deck site, make sure you book in well in advance.

The top dam has heavy bookings all month. Sites on the bottom dam are easier to come by - at this stage !! If you can't get the dates you are looking for, give us a call. It may be that we can move bookings around to get you in.

Powered sites are pretty easy to come by. Stay 4 nights or longer on any of our sites and save !

I'll post a few holiday snaps soon! In the meantime it's back to the unpacking, washing and an afternoon nap (those long flights are not much fun).

All the stress of organising a holiday is forgotten when you finally arrive at your destination..... we'll that's what I'm hoping!

Today I head off on a bucket list trip !

It's been a stressful 6 months. The need for a British passport, flights thru the Dubai, work stuff, but today is flyday!!

George is staying here and we have a wonderful team of caretakers who will look after you during your stay.

Kylie and Roy, and Kate and Macca have all been here now for a month and have settled in very well. Gaby is also back giving us a hand. They've had a good look around the area, been to the pub, discovered Brooklyn House, been to the Howard markets so they will be able to answer all your questions. I'm greatfull for such a great team 🥰.

So I'm off to the UK with 2 nights in London before a 12 night cruise and then 2 nights in Singapore on the way home, travelling with my friend Mary Ann ( my sister from another mother!)

See ya in a few weeks. I'll be keen to sit around the campfire and catch up when I get back.
