PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT – RESPECT OUR STAFF
Over the past few weeks, some incidents involving our staff being sworn at, verbally abused, and treated disrespectfully.
We want to make something very clear: this will not be tolerated.
The Inglewood Hotel is a place for everyone to come, enjoy themselves and have a drink — but it is also our staff’s workplace. Coming into the pub does not give anyone the right to abuse, intimidate or disrespect the people who are simply doing their job.
As management, it is our responsibility to provide a safe and respectful workplace for our team, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Moving forward, anyone who verbally abuses, threatens or behaves disrespectfully towards our staff will be asked to leave and will immediately barred from the premises.
