Nestled in a hollow on the ridge overlooking Inman Valley in the Central Southern Fleurieu Peninsula, you have full access to breathtaking panoramic views, while nestled in native rural gardens and a gum tree forest over 3 hectares. Totally off-grid by choice and design, the property enjoys the alternative energy from the sun and breeze, and the warmth of a cosy indoor combustion wood fireplaces and outdoor fire pits (in autumn, winter, spring). Experience a Romantic Escape or an Artist's or Leader’s Retreat:

in our self-contained early settler cottage with cedar windows, rustic solid brick walls and flooring, timber ceilings and comfortable mix of modern rustic styling. The cottage has a luxury King size bed and plenty of nooks to curl up with a friend or book. Or one of two bell tent options also privately located in different corners of the property.

1-30 June is Winter Whale Fest at Victor Harbor. Witness the annual migration of these large whales to the Fleurieu Peninsula.
