Landcruiser Mountain Park opened in September 1988 and is the largest privately owned 4wd recreation and wilderness camping park in Australia. Still run as a working cattle property it incorporates all things to cater for 4wdriving and camping.
The 4 main camping areas all have amenites with gas hot showers and toilets. Dogs are allowed but no motorbikes. Campfires are also allowed but check for firebans in dry times.
250km of 4wd tracks to choose from, ranging from moderate to extreme, theses tracks cater for the standard 4wd through to the modified 4wd.
Camping is mainly along grassy creek banks where campers can relax around a campfire and enjoy the Australian bush.
