Again this Trout Season we are pleased to announce that Lake Crackenback has been included in the Trout Fishing Competition NSW]. Large tagged Rainbow Trout have been released into our lake, where our angler guests are welcome to try their luck in pulling in a big one!

Trout Fishing Competition NSW] The 2021-22 Snowy Trout Challenge starts on 1 October 2021 and runs until 31 May 2022.

500 large Rainbow Trout have been released and each has a White Tag with an individual number.

More details on prizes to come soon, which will be monthly draw for cash prizes commencing once NSW is re-opened for regional travel.

In the meantime if you catch a white tagged rainbow trout, see the ‘About’ section on this page.

Fish have been released into:

• Lake Jindabyne
• Lake Crackenback
• Black Lake, Bombala
• Murrumbidgee Pumping Station, Cooma
