But that wont happen to you at La Belle!

Our sofa bed is dreamy ☁️😶‍🌫️

The property already has 6 bedrooms, accomodating 12 guests, however we were finding on the odd occasion that there were extra kids or a friend was popping in to visitt for a night, so we decided to add a sofa bed to make your stay that little bit more concieneient (& comfy)!

Our gorgeous new Furniture Forum Australia sofa bed is located in The Wing lounge area, which is a seperate and private area with lots of space and with the most gorgeous views!

Potentially... this may even be the best bed in the house 😏

Last weekend, we turned the loungroom of The Wing, into girls zone for the weekend! Who would have thought I could fit 10 beds in here 🤷‍♀️ Theres always got to be a first time for everything right!

There’s something pretty special about knowing exactly where the food on your table has come from.

Cleaver & Co Quality Meats is a traditional whole animal butcher based in Gwynneville, with a strong connection back to the farm. Some of their meat even comes directly from their own farm right here in Kangaroo Valley, while the rest is carefully sourced from farmers and producers they know and trust.

And this is where they do things a little differently.
Rather than simply buying boxes of pre cut meat, Cleaver & Co practise whole animal butchery.

Their butchers break down the entire carcass in house, allowing them to utilise more of the animal, reduce waste and maintain greater control and traceability over the meat that eventually lands on your plate.

Their beef is 100% grass fed and grass finished, and there’s a genuine focus on responsible farming, animal welfare, quality and knowing the story behind what you're eating.

🎀 THE FULL BEEF BOX 🎀

This past week our family has had the pleasure of trying out their Full Beef Box.

For $300, you receive approximately 10kg of premium beef, selected and packed by their butchers to give you a genuinely useful mix of meat for everyday meals.

Rather than receiving exactly the same cuts every time, the box changes depending on what's available and eating best.

You can expect a combination of ⬇️

✨️ 2–3kg of roasting and slow cook cuts
✨️ 1–2kg of steaks and grill ready cuts,
✨️ 3–4kg of staples like mince and sausages,
✨️ + plus family favourites such as diced beef, crumbed steak or other seasonal butcher selections

AND they can deliver right to your door here in the Shoalhaven! Please do double check with them directly, exactly when and where they can deliver!

Its a 10/10 from us 🫶 this was a gifted box however I would happily spend my money on this and we will be doing so in the future!
