Just under an hour from Wyobie is the perfect Saturday morning adventure 🐴🌿

Vanessa and her team at Bella Cavallo run a wonderful horse sanctuary, with beautiful trail rides through Yarrayong State Forest for riders of all levels.

Follow it up with lunch around Jervis Bay, then head back to Wyobie Kangaroo Valley in time for a well-earned afternoon nap before dinner. The perfect country escape! 🤎

Meet the face behind Wyobie 🌿🐔

Hi, I’m Jill 👋

I’m the owner, renovator, gardener, cleaner, chicken keeper, occasional handyman… and very proud host behind Wyobie Kangaroo Valley!

Wyobie has been a labour of love. After moving to the Valley, I’ve spent the past couple of years renovating, landscaping and creating three beautiful spaces where people can come and slow down, reconnect and enjoy everything this special part of the world has to offer.

And yes… sometimes that means holding a chicken while wearing a hat! 😂

I love the simple things about Wyobie — the birdsong in the morning, the kangaroos & wombats making appearances, a fire on a chilly evening, watching guests arrive and immediately relax, and hearing that they’ve had a wonderful stay.

I’m also very lucky to call Kangaroo Valley home. 🌿

So when you book a stay at Wyobie, you’re not staying at some big anonymous accommodation business. You’re staying somewhere I’ve poured a huge amount of love, time and hard work into — and I hope you can feel that when you arrive. ❤️
