James Barnes Catering, is looking for a fully qualified Pastry Cook to join their team delivering catering at StayKCC's location at Katoomba, Blue Mountains.

About the role:

✔️ Preparing baked goods and desserts for groups of 30-2000 guests
✔️ Supporting and training an apprentice
✔️ Mostly daytime hours, with some early mornings and weekends
✔️ 38‑hour week, worked flexibly across 4–6 days
