Equeva is a privately owned hotel group with a fresh and exciting approach to creating complete Blue Mountains holiday experiences for our guests. Weβre looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to become part of our innovative and welcoming team.
β¨ About the Role ( Full-Time)
Youβll be the first smiling face our guests see! From greeting and checking in visitors, sharing local tips and tour information, to handling bookings and payments β,youβll help create memorable stays in our beautiful region.
πΌ What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Exceptional customer service skills
β’ Strong communication skills
β’ Basic computer knowledge
β’ Ability to multitask and problem-solve
β’ Confident working under pressure
β’ Flexible to work across our Katoomba properties
β’ Able to work independently and in a team
β’ Available for a 7-day rotating roster (includes weekends)
π Key Responsibilities:
β’ Guest check-in and check-out
β’ Providing local information & tour ticket sales
β’ Reservations & phone enquiries
β’ Cash & Eftpos reconciliation
β’ Liaising with Housekeeping & Maintenance
β’ General admin and light cleaning of common areas
π Requirements:
β’ Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Katoomba NSW
β’ Must have Australian work authorisation
β’ In-person position
