Another recent install out in South Bowenfels, supporting a private residential celebration with additional space created through a 6m x 9m freestanding marquee. 🤍

Set on soft fall surface, our team carefully installed a fully weighted structure to ensure stability and safety, while still maintaining a light and open feel with a combination of clear walls and a solid white roof ✨

This setup provided the perfect extension of the home - creating a sheltered, weather-ready space for guests to gather, relax, and celebrate comfortably across the week-long event.

Another great example of how even smaller marquee setups can completely transform a residential space when thoughtfully planned and installed by our Operations Team. 🤍

Another big one recently for the Blueys Operations Team out at South Bowenfels 🤍

This large-scale installation saw our crew deliver and install a full event footprint including a 10m x 30m freestanding marquee, 8m x 21m marquee, and additional 3m x 3m structure - forming the foundation for a busy and well-supported event space ✨

From there, the team built out the full site with trestle tables, seating, catering equipment, heating, lighting, and cocktail stations.

With early starts, long days, and detailed on-the-ground coordination, it’s another great example of the Operations Team working hard behind the scenes to bring large-scale events together seamlessly 🤍

Always a pleasure setting up at the beautiful Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah for special celebrations 🤍

This day was split across two stunning spaces - the ceremony at Wedding Tree Terrace, surrounded by the garden’s natural beauty, and the reception held in the Waratah Room, transformed with soft draping and elegant styling ✨

For this install, our team focused on creating clean, seamless spaces using chiffon backdrops, freestanding frames, crossback seating, and thoughtful finishing touches - helping soften existing walls and cabinents and enhance the natural setting without taking away from the surroundings.

From ceremony to reception, everything was designed to feel cohesive, romantic, and effortlessly in tune with one of the Blue Mountains’ most iconic garden locations. 🤍

This installation involved a full event setup across multiple structures, including an 8m x 12m marquee and a 6m x 3m marquee, supported with timber flooring and professional lighting to create a comfortable and functional space for gatherings ✨

Our team worked through the full setup to ensure everything was level, secure, and event-ready - providing a practical and welcoming environment for the church community to come together.

The Blueys team sure do get around! 🤍

Recently we were in St Ives installing a full event setup for a private celebration, working within a tight garden space nestled between the home and a line of tall established trees. Our team carefully planned and positioned the setup to make the most of the available area - proving that even compact or tricky spaces can be transformed into something truly special ✨

A 6m x 6m marquee formed the heart of the event, supported by guest seating, cocktail tables, linen, heating, and catering equipment to keep everything flowing seamlessly from start to finish.

It’s all about smart setup, careful placement, and experience on the ground - making sure every space, no matter the size or layout, works beautifully for the occasion 🤍

Always a pleasure working with the team at Stay KCC at their Katoomba site for the 2026 Katoomba Easter Convention and KYCK events🤍

This was a significant large-scale installation across multiple zones, including info, morning tea, sponsor, bookshop, and first aid spaces - all purpose-built to support the flow and function of the event across the grounds at Cliff Drive, Katoomba.

From large-span structures through to smaller activation tents, flooring systems, lighting, and service areas, our team worked across the full site to ensure everything was installed safely, efficiently, and ready for a busy program ahead ✨

A real privilege to support an event of this scale in the Blue Mountains and contribute behind the scenes to something so impactful.
