What a lovely gesture 🫶! I was delivered a surprise package yesterday and was delighted to find this beautiful message and gift box from the team at Hipcamp Australia who have been a big part of our lives for many years.

Leaving our beautiful Jenny Robb after so many years brought all the emotions 😥 to the fore but the place is and always will be a place where visitors can enjoy relaxing in nature on a stunning river 😍.

Thank you so much Brooke | Camping & outdoor adventures - it's been a pleasure working with you 🙏. From here on we aim to explore some of the other amazing HipCamp sites across the country.

After over 30 years of loving this place, we are moving towards retirement. We have been blessed to enjoy running tours and hosting 100s of happy campers at Kiah Wilderness Camp.

It's time to pass on our legacy to a lovely young local family. We'll be working on transitioning the campsite hosting very soon - but first our new owners are about to welcome Baby #2 👶 ❤️.

Today we pretended we were still running Kiah Wilderness Tours. Some of our oldest friends were visiting for the first time. They'd always wanted to take our tour.

We set off with no expectations but wow! We were inundated with birdlife: several Azure Kingfisher encounters, a lovely Whistling Kite, Pelicans, a young Wedge-tailed Eagle protecting a fish that was dropped by a juvenile White-breasted Sea Eagle.

And then the incredible sight of 5 Sea Eagles all circling around the We**ie on the beach.

What a wonderful way to end a memorable weekend with some of our closest friends ❤️.
