Kingscliff Accommodation are searching for a professional and experienced contractor to attend maintenance jobs and after hours call outs for our short term rental holiday homes and apartments located from Tweed Heads to Pottsville.
Contractor required: 25 hours per week
Weekend work with after hours call outs
Suitable for a handyman with plastering, painting & maintenance skills.
The job entails work such as;
Handyman skills - ability to use hand & power tools
Plastering / patching & repairing plasterboard
Painting walls, doors & trim as required
Some computer skills & use required
Pro active attitude toward work safety
Able to work on varying rosters
Excellent eye for detail and can do attitude
Good communication skills are essential, at times you will be attending to Hotel guests needs in their apartment, whilst they are in the apartment.
