Parliament Street Slide Sandy Bay. Contracted by City of Hobart to design and construct some boulder landscaping on this iconic site was a privilege. Works included excavation detail, enbankment stabilisation, drainage, supply and placement of our aged bolderite landscape rocks including a flight of stairs to the top of the slide. The site had it challenges having to meet the Australian Playground Standards. Working along side our council colleges we were able to achieve full compliance on the site, and are very satisfied with the end result. We hope it brings many hours of fun for future generations to enjoy.

Town Hall Garden Renovation. It was a pleasure being invited by the City of Hobart to design and place some feature boulders in the front of this beautiful building in Macquarie Street. The choice of using our selected aged dolerite has proved to be very popular with the local community and surrounding businesses. Another great team effort by all involved.

Kettering, complete makeover for this site. Supply and placement of a boulder retaining wall. An area of 250m2 of exposed concrete was completed with corrective drainage, fabrication and installation of steel edging. Trusted by the clients with designing and resolving site issues along the way, it had it’s challenges but the outcome was worth it. Special thanks to HB Concrete, J&R Marriott Concreting and Lane Excavations. Happy clients happy days.

Marieville Esplanade Park, Sandy Bay Stage 1 - Engaged by City of Hobart to upgrade the existing park. Works included installation of a warp tunnel and cubby house, perimeter scramble boulder wall built to play ground standards. A great outcome for the local community. Looking forward to next stages.

Berriedale, difficult site here, a massive amount of loose unstable fill left over from the build. Over 2000 cubic metre of fill was placed and benched out and compacted. The boulder dry stacked wall is over 3 metres in height and over 150 tonnes of armour rock was used. The walls achieved the clients request, to have a flat access across the front of their property for access to the rear yard. Great clients to work with. Enjoy the planting out.
