Please be advised that with the bush fires currently happening in the north the Murray River is among some of the spots that campers are being told to evacuate....if you havnt already please pack up and leave safely 🙏

Aaaand its OPEN AGAIN🎉🎉🎉
Ulupna island and surrounding beaches....carters beach, long beach, breens beach, forest beach are all open!!!
Please be mindful of the roads, rangers have re graveled alot of the roads but some are still deep and muddy!
Keep an eye out for snakes as grass is very long.

With easter done and dusted the tracks coming in and out are well and truly dug out....very muddy and suprised people actually got out with some of the cars we saw....there were a few winches and a few sn**ch stapped but lucky not abandoned cars...hope everyone had a great easter weekend and great school holidays!!! Feel free to post if you have gone up in the off season and let us know what its like 😊

Good morning everyone....beaches are filling up fast only a few left at forest beach, long beach is a few breens not many and carters is full!!!
Also its been reported that a tent set up has been abandoned since tuesday morning on forest beach....this guys isnt acceptable....coming into holidays you can't set up to 'save' a spot for whenever you want to rock up....especially when people trying to come here are turning away because theres no spots.....do better people...
Other than that have a great easter weekend everyone 😊

Out of breens beach! Sliding across a bit and pretty deep...very soft mud

Long beach and breens beaches are pretty much empty its your pick of a spot......forest beach is also clear but the road from long beach to forest beach is very chopped up! Some deep holes so watch out!

The roads at the minute on your way in are pretty bad! Weve had alot of rain up here and there are big dug outs and pot holes amd its very muddy.....wouldnt recommend attempting it without a 4wd!!

Hello everyone ive added this page for everyone as i couldnt find a decent page for camping up at Ulupna Island! I will add updates on the roads in and out and all the good camping spots!
