Dear all:

We are fully booked in June the Queen's birthday long weekend, and couple of guests booking were over booked or didn't show up on our motel computer system by the online booking platforms. That happens sometimes during the busy holidays period.

To avoid the disappointment, please chat with us before you book online during the busy holidays.

We try as much as we can to accommodate our guests and visitors to the local as always.

Just shy of 5 years ago we arrived in Kootingal. We saw a run down badly neglected building and business and decided to give it our best shot at reviving it. We were up against it from the start. Drought, fires, Covid, floods we had it all. But here we are with a Motel that’s a lot more sparkly and a business that is sky rocketing.
We are beyond proud of what we managed to achieve.
Sadly though the time has come for us to hand the keys over to new owners. We hope that Ling and Richard continue on the work we started and come to love this place as much as we have.
We want to thank all the wonderful guests that stayed with us along the way. Many guests have become life long friends and we will be seeing them in our travels. There are so many people to thank for helping us along the way as it really did take a village to revive the place.
With excitement for whats to come mixed with sadness at having to to go we say thank you and good bye
