We are excited to announce that tickets are now available for Gunuma’s 50th Anniversary celebration.

Gunuma Lodge will celebrate five decades since opening its doors in 1976, and we hope you can join us for this special milestone.

Saturday 16 May 2026
12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
The Red Shed, 45 John Cardiff Close, Acton (Canberra)

The celebration will be a relaxed reunion lunch bringing together past and present members and their guests. The lodge will provide welcome drinks, canapés and a bubbly toast, with additional drinks available for purchase at the bar.

Cheers to another very successful working bee over the weekend.
So many jobs ticked off, extra space for food in the kitchen, painting, tables sanded and refreshed, kitchen cleaned and sorted, new pictures on the walls - looking fab!
And a huge combined planting day with Smiggins lodges. Planting of 80 snow gums as you drive into Smiggins and then up to Gunuma to plant around 50 snow gums and 40 shrubs . Looks amazing!

Please advise via messenger if you recognize any items that you left behind.
I’ll be back there on weekend and if not claimed before they are going to charity .
There was also a white kids helmet .
