Our grandson, Xavier, stands in the canola crop sharing his love of the land. Guests Mary's Farm Cottages also enjoy the golden fields and fields of green when they stay on our broad-acre farm

Over the past 24 hours we have been blessed with 37mls of rain and the crops are celebrating!
It is a beautiful time to come and stay in Spring and enjoy the green and gold paddocks as well as the amazing array of wildflowers in Duggan and Tarin Rock Reserves.

We always enjoy sharing where we live with our guests at Mary's Farm Cottages. Yesterday we welcomed a group of international tourists from Taiwan and they enjoyed being filmed in one of our canola crops and as always climbing into the bid machinery used in our cropping program

Another siting - this time a chicken hawk 👀 - this time on a railway crossing on our farm. It is a fabulous time to stay Mary's Farm Cottages with an array of stunning wildflowers in the area as well as many beautiful birds

It is a beautiful time to stay on the farm
The first photo is of a Wheat crop growing around Mary's Farm Cottages It is looking amazing as we have had so little rain that we would qualify as in drought if in Queensland. The second photo is an oat crop over the road near Derek’s house which is looking equally beautiful
