We’re so excited to launch Bootcamp & Brunch, a brand new midweek wellness escape at Noonaweena Lodge, designed to energise your body, clear your mind and leave you feeling incredible — all before lunchtime.
In collaboration with Onshore Fitness, this experience combines a high-energy, feel-good bootcamp led by the amazing Kara Holmes with a nourishing brunch overlooking Yengo National Park.

Your morning begins with a 1-hour personal training bootcamp blending cardio, strength and mobility — fully scalable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re easing back in or ready to be pushed, Kara’s inclusive, empowering approach will leave you feeling strong, confident and energised.
BRUNCH, RECOVERY & RELAXATION
After your workout, refuel with a relaxed brunch featuring:
🥑 Yengo Smash on toast (with bacon or salmon)
🥣 Coconut yoghurt pots with granola
🍓 Seasonal fruit & fresh juices
☕ Nespresso coffee included
Then slow things down with access to our pool, spa & sauna, or level it up with an optional relaxation massage.
