The weekend will be the perfect balance of Yin and Yang, building strength but creating space and just allowing ourselves to stop, take a breath and fully Exhale.

It will also include plenty of belly laughs, meaningful conversations and true heartfelt connections.



The weekend will include 2 x morning vinyasa flow classes, 1 x workshop, 1 x chill flow, 2 x yin practices and yoga Nidra and the most delicious food all weekend by our beautiful friend, and yogi, Dora, from Taste to Table.

There will also be space and free time for journaling, walks or just chilling out.
