Today is a day of mixed emotions.

We said goodbye to the longest running commercial cook top I believe was in existence and installed nice shiny new equipment.

Our previous cook top was around 45 years in operation. Gee I hope they make them like that still!

The old girl finally said she had enough and we retired her.
I would hate to guess how many meals it cooked for Hurley’s/commercial Hotel customers over the years.
