Fresh truffles hunted by Obi, Dawn’s Farm just up the road. They are incredible producers; we’re also using their hazelnuts from the same trees that are producing these beautiful truffles.

With our figs in season the finale on this menu is delicate and simple but also complex. Utilising our fig trees leaves we’ve toasted & steeped milk for the panna cotta and also created the softest dusting with an amazing colour & flavour. A sublime compote and freshly picked raspberries from our berry patch.

It’s happening again right here in our gardens, our little ‘Taproom Pop-Up’

We’re offering our famous house smoked, cured, pickled, fermented and everything else platters.

Beers, cider, hard lemonade and more.

Lawn games and relaxed vibes.
