🌿🔥 The Grampians Are Back! 🔥🌿

The Grampians National Park reopened this week after the recent bushfires and we couldn’t be more excited! Nature is resilient, and we can’t wait for the damaged parts of the park to start showing their new signs of life.

It's time to hit the trails, soak in those breathtaking views, and support local communities as they recover.

The Northern Grampians were fortunate to be untouched and we are truly thankful. GlamVan Camping is ready to welcome you back so you can get back out there and get back to nature.

We had a visit from a local stick insect today on the GlamVan doormat. I don't know if our insect buddy wanted to book in or just check out the campsite.
Insects also love glamping.

It’s wildflower season in the Grampians (Gariwerd). Here is a small example of the magnificent flowers in all their glory at this time of year.

The Gariwerd season cycle has six distinct weather periods. We are currently in Petyan (Spring), September - November, which brings warmer days, stormy weather, and the bush bursts into life which means the bees are buzzing, the frogs are belting out a chorus, and the reptiles are back out basking in the sun.
