We certainly had a busy couple of weeks over the Christmas/New Year period with both units fully booked except for one night. And now with the working weeks returning to normal we have a 3 week booking from a doctor visiting/working at Mater Hospital. Also a 10 day booking for a family from Singapore, coming to settle their daughter into Newcastle University. Lucky that Unit 3 is almost ready to rent out!!

We now have 2 units completed so I decided to list them on Airbnb to see if there was any response. Well, 3 days after listing, and I have 2 bookings today, totalling 7 nights of accommodation, One booking from Newcastle on Tyne!! That's besides the recommendations we are getting from Mater Hospital.
