This years East Gippsland Winter Festival is going to be The Best yet! We’re so excited for our region 💕
Introducing the Winter Seafood Feast'ival at Sodafish on Friday 30 June!
Come along for an evening packed with some of the regions finest seafood, producers, beers and wine. Enjoy free flowing seafood with oyster station, hibachi bbq and roaming canapes all night.
Local wine and beer available to purchase and live entertainment from Ryan Shore. Rug up and come down for an evening of great food, fine wine and good times!
Tickets are just $50 and include:
Oysters shucked live on the lower deck, served natural with lemon and mignonette
Wood fired octopus, on the hibachi on the east deck, served with smoked potato and XO
Gummy shark sando, served roaming from the kitchen
Battered and fried with sauce gribiche, pickled chilli and fermented cabbage
Squid risotto, served roaming from the kitchen
Ink, lime, mint, pangratato
Scallop vol-au-vent, roaming from the kitchen
Scallop, leek and truffle
Espresso and Muscat macarons to finish
There will be drinks available to purchase from local producers Tambo Wine, Wyanga Park Winery and Red Bluff Brewers.
