Hooked On Sand consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms with open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Sleeping up to 10

- Main bedroom with Queen bed, ensuite & WIR
- 2nd Bedroom with 2 x Single beds + 1 trundle & floor mattress
- 3rd Bedroom with Queen Bed
- 4th Bedroom with King Bed
- All bedrooms have built in robes
- Porta cot (cot only no linen) & booster seat available for the little ones

- Raked ceilings, featuring high slat windows, let in beautiful natural light and allow extra air flow
- Polished timber flooring throughout main living areas and carpeted bedrooms
- Large dining table seats 8
- Island bench, with stools, suits as breakfast bar & extra seating
- Huge 900mm Electric oven with gas hotplates
- Full size fridge/freezer
- Family size front loader washing machine

- You will love the covered outdoor entertaining area. It's a great space for enjoying an afternoon drink whilst cooking on the BBQ (or just relaxing on the outdoor sofa), taking in the northerly outlook to the large native trees and yard.

- Quality linen & bath towels are provided
- For the comfort of our guests all beds have quilts with full covers, we do not triple sheet.
- Electric blankets are fitted to all beds (aside from the trundle & floor mattress) and extra blankets are provided. Off-street boat (or golf cart) parking, behind gates, may be available on request. Discover what East Gippsland really has to offer!

This years East Gippsland Winter Festival is going to be The Best yet! We’re so excited for our region 💕

Introducing the Winter Seafood Feast'ival at Sodafish on Friday 30 June!
Come along for an evening packed with some of the regions finest seafood, producers, beers and wine. Enjoy free flowing seafood with oyster station, hibachi bbq and roaming canapes all night.

Local wine and beer available to purchase and live entertainment from Ryan Shore. Rug up and come down for an evening of great food, fine wine and good times!

Tickets are just $50 and include:
Oysters shucked live on the lower deck, served natural with lemon and mignonette

Wood fired octopus, on the hibachi on the east deck, served with smoked potato and XO

Gummy shark sando, served roaming from the kitchen
Battered and fried with sauce gribiche, pickled chilli and fermented cabbage

Squid risotto, served roaming from the kitchen
Ink, lime, mint, pangratato

Scallop vol-au-vent, roaming from the kitchen
Scallop, leek and truffle

Espresso and Muscat macarons to finish

There will be drinks available to purchase from local producers Tambo Wine, Wyanga Park Winery and Red Bluff Brewers.
