It`s not surprising that some visitors to our region get confused with our place names!

Some want to know if “Wanagarren” is a camp area or a question. To be honest I don`t really know what a “Garren” is, and I probably don`t need one!

It is not mandatory to get Pinnacled before you go to “Hangover Bay”, but it is recommended that you visit “Thirsty Point” first.

After that you may have a “Green Head” and apparently that`s when you go to Hangover Bay?

“Wedge Island” is an historic beach shack settlement and not somewhere you pull someone`s un**es up unexpectedly!

Badgingarra does not have any Badgers at all, and Cataby has more dogs than cats.

There is no broken “Nam” at Nambung that we know of?

I will leave it to your imagination why Knobby Head is named as it is.

Eneabba has no connection to an ageing European music group, and New Norcia is old.

I am confused as well.
