Ocean View Caravan & Tourist Park are looking for a Cleaner Tuesday and Wednesdays from 9am and a Front Office & Customer Service person Mondays 8am – 5pm and relief for manager when on holidays
This is a casual position, and we are looking for 1 person to fill both positions

Cleaner Position
1. You will be employed in the role of Cleaner.
Tuesday / Wednesday at the Ocean View Park and at the Brightside House and Chalet 1 and Chalet 2

In addition to any duties allocated by the Employer from time to time, your position will involve (but not be limited to) the duties set out below:
• Daily cleaning of general amenities, BBQs and camp kitchen;
• Weekly cleaning of permanently occupied cabins;
• Ad-hoc cleaning of tourist occupied cabins as required;
• Cabin cleaning entails sweeping, mopping, toilet/bathroom clean and linen change.

2. Brightside House Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness in-between bookings
• cleaning entails dishwashing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, toilet/bathroom clean and linen changes mould removal and upkeep to keep it at bay, cobwebs and cleaning all glass mirrors cabinets and doors..
• Restocking towels, tea towels, bath mats hand towels, toilets roll, dish liquid and basic cleaners, maintaining clean doonas, protectors
• Dusting ornaments and shelves – bedside tables – kitchen cupboards
• Rugs couches cushions cleaning

Front Office & Customer Service - Regular work - Provide a high standard of customer service.
• Processing Check-ins and outs.
• Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
• Coordinate with the house keeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
• Supply guests’ information regarding the property and local areas of interest.
• Completing day to day office administration.
• Maintain excellent relationships with other staff, residents, and guests.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous front office experience within hospitality industry, Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience, Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation booking system, Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, Enthusiastic and positive attitude, Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays, Current Drivers Licence.

We've been busy here at Ocean View Tourist Park fixing up our studios to include a bathroom. We are happy to announce the first 1 is now finished and we are looking for a single person who is looking for a longer-term rental.

• Washing cleaning rags, mops and refilling cleaning bottles with products provided.
• Ensuring you always implement WHS policies and procedures for the department.
Qualities of this person are:
• Experience in a similar role is required.
• A self-starter with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
• Commitment to the park’s philosophy via its rules and policies.
• A team player, interacting with management and staff on a clear, co-operative, and honest basis.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and energetic about all aspects of work.
