We're hiring a Hotel Manager for Stillwater Seven.
A rare opportunity to lead our multi award-winning 7-room boutique hotel in Launceston — set above Stillwater Restaurant on the Tamar River, as our wonderful manager Alex heads off on his next chapter in the Southern end of the state.
This is a genuinely hands-on role covering guest experience, housekeeping, reservations, revenue and team leadership, with close ties to our restaurant team. Morning/afternoon hours, no regular evenings.
We're looking for someone with hotel and restaurant experience, strong leadership skills, and a hospitable, solutions-focused approach.
