Every morning at Orana House begins with the smell of freshly baked bread.

Our sourdough is prepared the day before and left to slowly ferment overnight. At dawn, I bake it fresh, let it cool, and slice it gently before serving. Guests often tell me it’s their favorite part of breakfast.

Our white bread has its own little story too. One guest once told me it tastes just like the bread her grandmother used to make — simple, soft, and comforting. I think that might be the best compliment a baker can receive.

If you love real, homemade bread, come and enjoy a warm slice with us at Orana House. 🥖
