🍺❤️ A B**R FOR ERIC – A TOAST TO A LINTON LEGEND ❤️🍺

A kind stranger came into the Linton Railway Hotel and bought a b**r for Eric, saying:

“He must be due for one by now.” 🍺

Eric passed away a while ago, but we placed the b**r on the bar, raised a glass, and toasted him. ❤️

To anyone who remembers Eric, please raise a glass in his honour when we pour their next b**r alongside his. 🍻

Cheers, Eric. This one's for you, mate. ❤️

🕺🪩 70’s NIGHT AT THE LINTON RAILWAY HOTEL! 🪩💃

This Saturday 10th October, we’re turning back the clock and bringing a little Saturday Night Fever to Linton!

🎶 7pm – 10ish
🎟️ FREE EVENT
🍕 Food & Pizza available to purchase
👗 Dress up if you like — or just bring your vibe!
Think flared pants, mod shift dresses, flower power, big hair, platform shoes and plenty of questionable 70s fashion choices. 😂

We’ll be spinning the sounds of the decade — Fleetwood Mac, ABBA, Bee Gees, Skyhooks, Rolling Stones, Heart, Aussie rock, disco classics and plenty more.

From “Living in the 70’s” to “Barracuda”, disco to rock ’n’ roll — if it made the 70s great, we want to hear it.
🎧 DJ Carlos spinning the vinyl
🪩 Disco vibes
💃 Dancing strongly encouraged
✌️ Costumes optional — FUN compulsory!

Round up your mates, dust off the flares and come have a good old-fashioned FREE night out at the Linton Pub.

📍 Linton Railway Hotel
73 Sussex Street, Linton
☎️ (03) 5344 7637

Bring your vibe. Bring your tribe. Let’s get GROOVY, Linton! ✌️🌼🪩

Heartfelt congratulations to Ash and Marg on an incredible 5½ years at The Stag Hotel.

Your generosity, fundraising and genuine care have made a lasting difference to the Learmonth community—but most of all, you are simply two beautiful people.

Thank you also for loaning me Mr Paul along the way! ❤️

Wishing you both every happiness in the chapters ahead. We truly hope you’ll remain part of ours, too.

With love and enormous respect,
Jude and Paul xx

We also had 10 more lucky Spin & Win prize winners, with a prize drawn every seven minutes throughout the fun! 🎡🏆

Thanks to everyone who joined us, bought tickets, enjoyed dinner and helped us raise a fantastic $100 for the Linton Cemetery Trust. ❤️

A special thank you to Ian, who generously donated an extra $7 to round the total up to $100. What a lovely community-minded gesture!

There were plenty of laughs, lots of winners and great country-pub company — fun was had by all!
