As everyone would be well aware of by now the Government has issued a compulsory closure of all non essential businesses. Altho we think that we are a necessity in the community unfortunately we have had to close our doors until COVID-19 is under control.
This means that our staff are all temporarily unemployed. As you can imagine this is a stressful and uncertain time for all of the Staff here at the Rous Hotel.
There are ways that we can all help in speeding this process along, including abiding by the Governments self isolation and social distancing guidelines. The quicker this is knocked on the head the quicker we can all resume normal life and get back up and running.
Once the closures have been lifted you can also help us by speeding along the return to work for all of our staff by popping on down to the Hotel to say Hi, have a cold or hot drink, grab a meal and enjoy the ambiance of the Hotel we have all come to know and love.
So to all of our valued customers, staff, locals and families, stay safe, stay informed, practice your social distancing and look after one and other.
We look forward to seeing you all again soon!
