When visiting the east coast make time to visit Spring Bay Distillery for a tasting of their wonderful range of spirits.

Very humbled to have received the award last night in Tokyo for Best Oceania Single Malt Whisky for our Tawny Port Cask from the Tokyo Whisky and Spirits Competition. A great reason to visit Tokyo again, what a city!
