What an incredible first night at the Commercial Hotel Lockhart! 🍻

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who came through our doors—whether it was to have a look around, enjoy a drink or sit down for a meal. Your support and encouragement meant so much to us.
And to our amazing Staff!! Thank you ☺️ we couldn’t have done it without you all!

We had a wonderful evening and hope you did too. We loved welcoming you all and can’t wait to meet even more members of our beautiful community in the weeks ahead.

We are incredibly proud and excited to let the Lockhart community know that the doors of the Commercial Hotel are officially back open!

Firstly, we would like to introduce ourselves—we are Glenn and Cynthia, the proud new owners of the Commercial Hotel Lockhart.

The makeovers and repairs took us a little longer than anticipated, but we wanted to fix things properly as we found them. It has been important to us to give this beautiful old pub the care it deserves, so it can remain part of the Lockhart community for generations to come.

We kindly ask that you please be patient with us as we find our feet and learn the ropes. We want nothing more than for the Commercial Hotel to be a welcoming, family-friendly environment where people can come together, relax, enjoy a drink or a meal and feel at home.

After plenty of hard work, we can’t wait to welcome locals and visitors back through the doors of “The Commercial” for a cold drink, a friendly chat and some good old-fashioned country hospitality.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged and patiently waited for us along the way. We look forward to seeing you all soon!

🚺 Our brand new ladies’ toilets are complete!

With all new toilets, vanity, basins and mirrors, we couldn’t be happier with how they’ve turned out. We absolutely love them!
