🌸💐 Thank You for Celebrating Mother’s Day With Us! 💐🌸

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us at the Longford Country Club today to celebrate Mother’s Day with family, friends, and plenty of good cheer. ❤️🥂

It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying great food, laughter, and making special memories with the amazing mums and mother figures in our lives.

As the day winds down, it appears one guest has been accidentally left behind… 🍾😅 He has taken it upon himself to finish off all of our champagne, is becoming rather tipsy, causing a bit of mischief, and has managed to rack up quite an impressive bar tab! 🥴💸

If you’re missing a friend who was looking particularly comfortable near the bubbles, he may still be here “holding the fort.” 😉

Thank you again for spending this special day with us. We hope all the mums had a truly wonderful Mother’s Day! 🌷💕

Cape Raoul looks good from any angle!

With dolerite columns soaring 260 metres above the surging waters below, it is amazing to be able to cruise right up close and alongside these spectacular cliffs and coastline.

🏁 A Bit of History from the Country Club Hotel

Pictured is Jack Brabham with his head down leading past the Country Club Hotel corner during the South Pacific International Gold Star - with John Surtees chasing him through to an eventual win.
Not many pubs can say this happened out the front!

The Longford Circuit was a temporary road-racing course here in Longford, renowned as Australia's fastest circuit in its era from 1953-1968, and it ran right around our Pub Corner!
