Keldan On Bell is also a 100 acre working farm where we breed horses and cows. With calving/foaling season about to start we have quite a few expectant Mum's about the place! Here are the equine expectant Mum's! The gray is DE Cleopatra, aka Cleo, she is 10 years old and this will be her second foal. The black and white mare is Arabec Constellation, aka Stella. Stella is 5 and this year will be her first foaling. These mares are both warmbloods and we are breeding performance horses specifically for eventing. Both Stella and Cleo love their pats, they will quite happily come up to the fence for some love! (we do ask that you don't feed them though unless one of us is there to oversee it as their diets are quite strict and they can only eat certain things when pregnant!) Did you know horses are pregnant for 11 months?
