Hi friends, it's that time of year again…
You may not know that the PH hostel is run as a non-profit association. This is one reason we can keep our costs very low. But it also means, we're legally required to let you know about our AGM coming up:
7:30pm, 17 September, 2025 at Pilgrim Hill and via video call.
We’ll be doing the ordinary business of the AGM. Anyone planning to attend needs to RSVP.

Sweet and spicy Korean style braised beef, best served over fluffy rice or tossed with Asian noodles.

The cottage garden is a year and a half old! There have been some challenges with wildlife pressure, leaving some bare spots that need to be filled, but it still brings so much joy. The lupins are magnificent this year, and besides being pretty and attracting pollinators, they put nitrogen in the soil! Win win win!
