Stop spraying pesticides!

Over the past three decades, researchers have documented a shocking 75 percent decline in insect biomass, based on a long-term study in Europe published by Hallmann and others in PLOS ONE. This loss goes far beyond bees. Insects are essential for pollinating crops, feeding birds, and keeping ecosystems in balance. Without them, food systems weaken, biodiversity suffers, and entire natural cycles begin to break down. Scientists are calling this a growing ecological crisis that demands urgent global response.

Today we welcomed back the delightful 'Tuesday Tarts' for their third annual weekend away at Lyndoch Grand - Barossa Group Accommodation. They are a beaut bunch of life-long friends, who love good food and wine and share our passion for the history of this magnificent property.
