We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team.
The White Lace Motor Inn has an enviable reputation for excellent service and value for money with well-maintained facilities, located close to sporting facilities, shops and supermarkets.
This role is the first point of contact for our guests and therefore excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
The ideal candidate will also possess the following:
• Previous experience in the hospitality/holiday industry with Guestpoint or similar reservation system knowledge an advantage
• Excellent computer skills. Excel knowledge highly desirable
• Previous sales experience
• Thrive on interaction with people
• Confident and polite telephone manner
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility with working hours – hours can include week days, weekends, public holidays and school holidays working on a rotating roster.
• Confident to work on your own in the evening
