Masonic Caulfield House is one of Melbourne's finest student accommodation. This brand new stylish furnished house offers 86 single ensuite rooms.

The clean and comfortable surroundings provide the perfect environment for students to live and study.

Living at Masonic Caulfield House means you are very close to Monash University Caulfield campus. Step out of the door and you will see an open space of the beautiful park and across the park is Monash Uni. 5 minutes Walk will take you to the University, library, shops, food, supermarket, train station, public facilities and entertainment venues.

With its stylish atmosphere, convenient location, easy access to public transport and opportunity to make new friends, Caulfield House offers an exciting way to begin your stay in Melbourne!

Rooms come fully furnished with Heater, bed, study desk and wardrobe. Common facilities include living area, dining, TV, fridge, kitchen, pantry, washing machine and dryer.

Single room rent includes water, gas and electricity.

Deakin House is a boutique student accommodation with only 8 rooms of which 5 of them are include ensuite self-contained bathrooms. All rooms are complete with Table, Bed, Chair and a generous sized wardrobe.

The house is designed to make you feel better than at home. Kitchen has two cook-tops with altogether 8 burners, 3 fridge/freezers, a microwave and toaster with ample cupboard spaces for your weekly groceries. The whole house is centrally ducted heated 24/7. There is a cleaner to clean all common areas once every week.

This house is best located for Deakin/MIBT students as the University Campus is just across the road.

As for the transport, located in front of the house you can catch a direct bus which take about 15 minutes to get to Box Hill Central for shopping, good restaurants and the Train Station. On Burwood Highway which is just an easy 5 minutes walk there are Trams and Bus Stops to take you other destinations like Kmart and Coles which are both open for 24 hours. There is also a direct bus which you can take from Burwood Highway to Chadstone Shopping Centre which is currently the biggest shopping centre in Australia.

Students of Hawthorn House had a great social dinner where all cooked a dish to share amongst friends in the common kitchen. A fun night had by all with lots of food, laughter and fun!

Just across the road to Swinburne Uni, 5 mins walk to Glenferrie Station, trams, park and international cuisine all along Glenferrie Road. Grocery shopping made easy with Coles and Safeway round the corner, top 4 banks, post office, chemist are just a stone throw away. Fast food chain like MacDonald, Subway, Boost, Sushi Sushi are just all along Glenferrie Road.

Close by is a public library, tennis and bowling centre. In addition it is close to a variety of international cuisines, cafes, take away, Asian groceries, supermarket and shops as well.
