Oceanique11 Oceanique 11 is a fully furnished, luxury 2 bedroom apartment with a stunning view of the Indian Ocean over the 2nd fairway of The Cut golf course.

Available for periods of stay of 3 months or more. The Master bedroom comprises of a King size bed (with tv in the foot board), huge walk in robe and modern ensuite with bath and shower. Floor to ceiling sliding doors open onto the covered alfresco area where you can relax and enjoy the view of the ocean with your first Nespresso of the day. The 2nd bedroom contains two king single beds, wardrobe

and ensuite bathroom. While the theatre room can double as a 3rd bedroom with a queen size fold out bed and folding wooden doors to close it off from the rest of the apartment. The open plan lounge and dining rooms are furnished with classic Hampton style furniture. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open from the lounge to the alfresco area where you can choose to relax on the outdoor lounge suite or have a meal at the 8 seater table. The fully equipped galley style kitchen contains oven, microwave, induction cook tops and dishwasher. While situated just behind the apartment, by the pool is a barbeque, available for use by all. The theatre room boasts a 55” LCD tv with BluRay DVD and surround sound. A huge L shape sofa (with fold out queen size bed) provides optimum viewing comfort. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. A laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer and a 3rd WC completes the apartment.

I received this in an email from Melinda, a guest of Oceanique11:
"I recently had the pleasure of spending time at the Oceanique Apartment 11. This place has everything you can think of and has been extremely well equipped by the owners. I must have been one of the first visitors as everything in the house seemed brand new. It has all the mod cons....automatic coffee machine, internet, TV, Foxtel, soundbar and plenty for the kids to do. You can even section them off with their own lounge/TV to keep the noise down whilst you enjoy the most amazing views. The TV rising from the end of the bed was nothing short of amazing. The pool is conveniently located as is the lock up underground garage. Cant wait to go back and enjoy the serenity on offer!"
