Freshwater is a tranquil, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home situated on an acre, in the beautiful town of Marburg, which is west of Ipswich. It is ideally located:
• 15 minutes to Ipswich
• 40 minutes to Brisbane City
• 15 minutes to the Lockyer Valley
• 40 Minutes to Toowoomba
• 60 Minutes to the Gold Coast
This means you can enjoy the best of all the attrac
tions and activities that are spread across the region, from visiting our beautiful dams and creeks, to heading out to theme parks, enjoying Brisbane city or the beautiful gardens of Toowoomba. The house is beautifully appointed with tranquil gardens and country views over the hills out the back. You can enjoy a coffee on the back veranda or simply relax out the back and maybe pat a cow, bird watch or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Our house is animal friendly, so you can bring your animals with you. (Pet fee charged) There is a secure yard available separate from the main block, for your peace of mind. The main bedroom has an en-suite and looks out over the property so you will wake up to a lovely vista every day. Every bedroom has ceiling fans to keep the air fresh! The house is fully furnished with everything you need, all you need to bring are your clothes and personal items. Although Freshwater is not fully accessible, the house is one level and flat and would still suit people who have low mobility, such as people who use walkers or crutches. Installed ramps mean that coming in and out of the house is step-free.
