Iremia Holiday House is nestled into the Margaret River valley on three acres of magestic red gums and marri trees. A sunny northern aspect and secluded river frontage make Iremia a true sanctuary. The name Iremia (pronounced e-ra-mia) is a Greek word meaning peace and tranquility. From the moment you arrive the sound of rushing water in the river during winter, or the gleeful chirping of native birds and cicadas in summer, all have an instant calming effect.

I was reacquainted with an old friend at the Margaret River Farmer's Market this weekend, the dubious looking but tasty little morsel that goes by the name of Friesette. In my humble opinion it is heaven in a small plastic tub, AKA handmade sheep cheese by Cambray of Nannup.
