This is a great initiative run by the Shire of Augusta Margaret River held here at Fair Harvest. I think there may be a couple of spots still available.
The Seasonal Kitchen is back this June!
Join Jodie from Fair Harvest for a relaxed, hands-on experience where you’ll learn new recipes, build practical kitchen skills, and feel inspired to make the most of seasonal, local ingredients.
Choose from two beautiful class styles:
🌿 The Conscious Kitchen
Join Jodie for a hands-on low-waste cooking class where you’ll discover creative ways to reduce food and packaging waste while making the most of everyday ingredients. You will learn new cooking techniques and take home skills you can use every day.
• Tuesday 16 June, 10.30am - 1.30pm
• Wednesday 24 June, 10.30am - 1.30pm
🌿 Cooking with the Seasons
Using fresh produce from Jodie’s garden and locally sourced ingredients, you’ll create a range of delicious winter dishes while discovering the benefits of cooking with the seasons.
• Wednesday 17 June, 10.30am - 1.30pm
• Tuesday 23 June, 10.30am - 1.30pm
Please register for one class only.
Each class includes a tour of Jodie’s incredible permaculture garden.
Classes are free with only 10 places per class, so be quick!
