Found these two local hospo legends in full bromantic embrace this morning 😍.

AJ and Alex from White Elephant Beach Cafe have been working tirelessly for the past few months renovating the cafe and kitchen. It's been a mammoth round the clock effort and must be the only building project in the South West that's on time.

Doors open Tuesday! And it's stunning 🤩 Beach vibes. Big space and better workflow 😎.

So you mighta seen the news we've had some big bushfires in the Margaret River region this week.

Let me say straight up, the Margaret River region didn’t burn down. It’s a huuuuge region, 130km top to bottom and the fires only affected two small sections. Admittedly they went off like a bomb, but the rest of the region is totally fine.

I’ve been inundated with enquiries from guests worried about tours going ahead. Rest assured the areas we visit on the Discovery Tour are completely unaffected and totally safe. The vast vast vast majority of the region is completely unaffected and totally safe. The area that got burned is referred to as Calgardup and the beautiful Karri forest at Boranup, and another section of bush near Yallingup.

I’ve got several mates who operate tours around these areas and the fires will be a significant blow to them, but thankfully this is a big region with a lot of epic landscapes and they are already developing alternate itineraries👍.

That being said they are gonna need support and need your business. If you are looking to buy Christmas Gift experiences or planning a tour in coming months please check these guys out.
