Flights are back and we are ready!
For interstate visitors who want access information to help plan the ultimate getaway- Choose the allied health clinicians at Accessible Holiday Homes for a stress free experience.

Jetstar flights between Busselton to Sydney will be back in the air later this month.

The carrier suspended the service in June, citing high fuel costs driven by the war in the Middle East.

Jetstar confirmed this morning the flights would resume as planned in September.

Vasse MP Libby Mettam welcomed the news, but said she wanted the State Government to provide more funding for the airport.

"They've dragged their feet on ensuring this airport can have a purpose-built terminal," she said.

"This terminal is not just about supporting tourists, and ensuring people aren't sitting on the floor, it's also about our 38 FIFO flights a week."

What a fantastic moment for the Accessible Holiday Homes Team- Our first invitation to speak on a radio podcast episode.

Thank you, Janine and Kelly, from MRBTA's Capes Conversations for inviting us on your podcast! In this episode of Capes Conversations, Kellie Tannock explores accessibility as a mindset, not as a checklist.

What makes someone feel welcome? What makes an experience feel possible? And how do we, as a community, make it easier for more people to enjoy everything this region has to offer?

Rich spent time on the podcast along with MR local Stephen who has lived experience being a wheelchair user and Wild Lot Distilling who have embraced accessibility in the foundations of their business.

This podcast highlights the benefits and exciting future prospects of embracing accessibility, take a look at the episode here.
