ss than 300km from Adelaide, Elandra Marion Bay is the ideal place to stay for couples or young families wishing to visit the local area. Elandra is a newly constructed house with large open plan living well suited for holiday makers. It has large windows facing the extensive decking area with views to the natural scrub in the adjacent reserve. Elandra has been designed to comfortably sleep 8 people (4 adults and 4 children). Quilts, quilt covers, pillows and extra blankets are provided. A porta cot and high chair is also provided. Sleeping arrangements are:
main queen size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sliding door access to the deck
second queen size bedroom
third bedroom with two bunk beds
The kitchen is well appointed with underbench oven, ceramic cooktop, rangehood, microwave oven and there is plenty of bench space. An extensive range of crockery, cooking utensils etc is provided. An extra bar fridge is provided if needed. There is also filtered rainwater for drinking. Cooling and heating is provided by a large split system air conditioner situated in the living area. The main and second bedroom have ceiling fans installed, while the third bedroom has a portable air conditioner. For your entertainment, there is a 42" flat panel plasma TV receiving digital reception via satellite, DVD and CD player, a surround sound system and a Media Player which has over 350 movies installed to cater for all your tastes. There is a front loader washing machine in the laundry. Outside is an outdoor setting, 2 sun lounges, a 4 burner gas BBQ and a fish filleting station. The house is also eco friendly with solar panels installed. If you are interested in stargazing, check out our telescope to view the moon and brightly lit stars in the country night sky. There are a variety of lenses to choose from and there is a moon map as a reference guide. You will need to bring:
