FLOOD SAFETY NOTICE – Please Drive With Care

We are currently experiencing flooding in and around Marlborough. The highway was closed earlier this morning from 3 am to 8 am, and while it has now reopened, conditions can still change quickly.

If you’re travelling today, please take extra care and do not drive through floodwater — even shallow water can be dangerous and unpredictable.

🎄 Restaurant Trading Hours Update 🎄

Over the Christmas holiday period, we will be making a few temporary changes to our restaurant operations to give our wonderful staff a well-earned break.

🍽 Monday 16 December – Monday 22 December
• Room Service only
• Available 5:00pm – 7:00pm
• Orders must be placed by 6:30pm

🚪 Restaurant Closed
• 23 December – 4 January
• Reopening Monday 5 January 2026

FREE Trauma Training for Marlborough and Ogmore - Friday 8 December 2023.

LifeFlight Australia and the LifeFlight Australia Training Academy, are proud to present the LifeFlight First Minutes Matter FREE trauma training workshops program. This program delivers free community trauma training in remote locations that can experience longer than normal wait times for emergency response, in the event of a medical incident. The First Minutes Matter workshops are delivered over a 6 hour period and offer training in life saving techniques and skills and teach people how to best respond in a medical emergency. The program is taught face to face by one our critical care medical staff, who have worked in the pre-hospital setting for many years. A workshop is being held locally at the SES Building, 29 Railway Street, Marlborough on Friday 8 December 2023. To book, please go to firstminutesmatter.org.au. This workshop is supported by the Livingstone Shire Council Disaster Funding.
