The Dunes Cotton Tree is the definition of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. Located in the heart of Cotton Tree we offer 1-3 bedroom self-contained apartments with stunning views of the Maroochy River and Maroochydore Beach.
Each air-conditioned apartment offers modern décor, outdoor furniture on each balcony and a dining setting. All have a living area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Each apartment also caters for at least one vehicle in the secured undercover car park, some apartments offer two. Easy security and lift access is available to all levels.
Step outside and choose from the vast array of cafes, restaurants and clubs, all within walking distance of The Dunes. Shopaholic? Not a problem, we have amazing boutiques in the area and if you still can't find what you are looking for it is only a short 15 minute stroll to the award winning Sunshine Plaza.
Located alongside the Maroochy River, The Dunes Apartments are 6 minutes’ drive from SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium. Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo is 30 minutes’ drive away.

Just 1 minutes' walk from Maroochydore Surf Beach, The Dunes Cotton Tree offers a swimming pool, a spa pool and an outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ. Each apartment features a balcony offering sea or park views. Some also offer a spa bath.
If the BBQ life is more your style check out Cotton Tree Park just across the road. It has great facilities such as a kid's playground, basketball court, table tennis tables and it’s right beside the beautiful Maroochy River...what more could you ask for!

“Your guest doesn’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” That is the motto by which Tracey lives by and has done so for The Dunes, as the Resident Manager, for well over 2 years. To go above and beyond, for the guests under her expert care, is her goal. Be it personally remembering birthdays, anniversaries or putting together welcome gifts and cards, it’s about the little things that make the whole experience. But that doesn’t mean that Tracey is all business. To travel somewhere quiet and curl up with a good book is all she needs to relax, and she loves providing a perfect chance for her guests to enjoy the same. A consummate professional, dedicated to her guests and excellent customer service, we are delighted with every year she works here at The Dunes Cotton Tree Apartments.
Brad lives and breathes his work and it shows in the details he ensures are perfect for his guests. A Resident Manager for 2 years and still going strong at The Dunes, Brad makes it his life’s mission to provide only the highest quality service. When he’s not ‘working’ Brad is still working, travelling across the Sunshine Coast, looking for places and providing feedback on them for his guests to visit and enjoy. If you want to know about the Sunshine Coast, talk to the man on the pulse because Brad is a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. ‘Living every day to the fullest’ and ‘providing A-Grade Service’ is his modus operandi and motto respectively.
