Our apartments are both waterfront with amazing views! Alex beach apartment is directly opposite the surfing beach and a short stroll to the surf club. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with modern fully equipped kitchen
You can also walk to the famous Mooloolaba cafe strip where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast or lunch overlooking the gorgeous coral sea. There is an abundance of shops and resta

urants .....you will be spoilt for choice! Bayz on the River is opposite the Maroochy River with walkways , picnic areas and sun loungers. Walk across the footbridge to Chambers Island and the children's play area. We have kayaks at the property which our guest are welcome to borrow or there are boats and paddle craft available to hire from the riverfront. Bayz on the River is also 🐾 PET FRIENDLY 🐾 at no extra charge. Maroochydore is where the large Sunshine Plaza shopping centre is located. There are also Cinemas and a food hall in the complex . There are local lawns bowls clubs at Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. Bus stops are close by and many of the local clubs offer a courtesy bus service. The local surf clubs offer value for money with all day dining and gorgeous views over the Ocean. Entertainment is provided on some evenings. There is also a courtesy bus available if you are not feeling energetic enough for the walk home. This bus will also pick you up if you phone and book in advance. Our rates start at
$220 per night for Bayz on the River Maroochydore
$280 per night for Alexandra beach apartment
There is also a $150 cleaning fee per stay at each property

Which walk will you take this weekend in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland?

Kondalilla Falls Walk starts from the car park to the picnic area and it is all downhill and then back up again!

The walk to the top of the falls, the Picnic Creek circuit, is 2.4km. Allow 45 minutes as the steps on your return are steep.

The 4.6km Kondalilla Falls circuit descends to the valley below with natural pools and lush vegetation. Allow 2 hours return as the return track is strenuous.

All of our accommodation is pet friendly! Our apartments/ houses are just a short drive to the famous Mooloolaba cafe strip where you can stroll along the Esplanade and enjoy a hearty breakfast or lunch overlooking the gorgeous coral sea. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants .....you will be spoilt for choice! Maroochydore is where the large Sunshine Plaza shopping centre is located. There are also Cinemas and a food hall in the complex . There are local lawns bowls clubs at Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. Bus stops are close by and many of the local clubs offer a courtesy bus service. Local beaches are patrolled throughout the year so please swim between the flags. Noosa approx 30 minute drive Brisbane approx 1 hour drive Gold Coast approx 2 hours drive Mooloolaba and Alex surf clubs offer exceptional value for money with all day dining and gorgeous views over the Ocean. Entertainment is provided on some evenings. There is also a courtesy bus available if you are not feeling energetic enough for the walk home. This bus will also pick you up if you phone and book in advance.
